VPK Program

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Education

Hallandale House of Learning offers a school year VPK education program, offered through the Montessori Method consists of 3 hours per day with both a morning program as well as an afternoon program offered.

Who qualifies for VPK

Students who are 4 years old by September 1 of the school year and are residents of the state of Florida are eligible to participate in the VPK program. The 3 hour VPK program is entirely FREE.

• A copy of your child's birth certificate or your child's blue and gold forms (i.e. immunization and annual physical forms) as proof of your child's age; and

• Proof of Florida residency such as a copy of an electric bill sent to your name at a real property in Florida or a Florida driver's license.
